Scheduling my maintenance service appointment was easy. The scheduler was friendly and worked with my personal schedule to set up either a wait or pick up/delivery appointment. When I arrived, the person greeting me was friendly. The service was done in a timely manner and the waiting area was comfortable. When my vehicle was done, payment was easy and the use of GMC Reward Points was a great bonus. I will definitely return to Kightlinger Motors for vehicle service and another vehicle purchase.

Just wanted to let everyone know, Abe is an awesome salesman & straight shooter. I traveled over 2 hrs to look at a truck that Abe was working on for me & I'll tell you it was everything he said it was, all info was traded over the phone & drove up on Saturday which was Abe's day off & was tickled with what I saw. The paper work was seamless & was outta there in no time. Abe, you are top notch keep p the awesome work.

Service Writer Colleen was super kind and professional. Service was completed on my Chevy HHR, clean comfortable waiting area provided until quick work done (under an hour)!

Kathy was very helpful in scheduling my appointment and also getting me a loaner vehicle while mine was being repaired.

The Rollback picked me up early on the 28th of February around 9:45 am them we traveled down to Card Creek to my sons house. The driveway was icy and I spun out late in the evening before and was down on the axle on the driver's side. Billy studied the situation over sense because after backing down the driveway there is a single width wooden bridge to cross. After some discussion and a couple of attempts with a single cable Billy backed across the bridge and had to use the drivers side wench and the center cable the truck came out of the ditch. Because of the previous attempts to pull it out the speed sensors were packed with ice and snow and warning lights were flashing all over the dash. Bill loaded it up on the rollback and headed back to the shop where on Monday afternoon Neil pulled the truck in and dug all the ice and snow from underneath, checked it over for damages, checked the fluid levels out and retuned to the service desk for his next mission. A great mechanic and very knowledgeable, one of the many saves in his career. Thanks

Gregg Walker's assistance in picking up and bringing back the car for this recall and regular service was outstanding. We are both restricted from driving due to medical reasons right now so this was really special for us. Thank you, Gregg.

It's a great place with great people. They have made the automobile experience in my life a good one with people like that at a dealership that you can trust in today's world that's something to say. My 2021 Acura needed a new oil pan after an accident. Kightlinger had to order and wait for the part but completed a good repair for the amount of the estimated charge. My service assistant Shirley was especially helpful and patient throughout the process.
