I was looking for an Equinox and sent a message to Colt, he was on the hunt to find me exactly what I wanted and he did! After I purchased the Equinox he continued to follow up with me to see if my App started working at which point it wasn’t giving me the options to start, unlock or lock my vehicle. He told me to reach back out to onstar which I did and now I have access to do everything right on my phone. Anyone looking for a vehicle should contact Colt Ayers! I would give him a million stars if I could!!

I was recently traveling from Buffalo to Coudersport and had a cracked rim and my tire would not hold air. I was able to get my car serviced with the help of Kathy Easton and the parts department. Kathy was more than helpful. She coordinated with Parts and Service and the tire warranty company. She was able to fit me in the NEXT day and I had a new rim and able to enjoy my weekend. She managed to get the job done in less than 24 hours. She is efficient, friendly and has a great sense of humor. An employee to be commended and appreciated. Thank you Cathy and thank you Parts and Service!

Excellent overall experience at Knightlingers. Rory was very proffesional knowledgeable and able to pinpoint what I was looking for in a vehicle. He moved us through the process from beginning to end making the buying experience enjoyable while keeping us with in our budget helping every step of the way from beginning through the paper work with Abe to the purchase and final details and operations of the truck and how it work. He gave access to his cell phone to help expedite any issue we had to finalize paperwork and answer any questions that we had during the buying process. He even transferred some heavy items from our trade in vehicle to the new truck which was greatly apprecated as I am disabled by knee issues. Overall pleasantly pleased and suprised by the ease which Rory made our new vehicle purchase.

Scheduling my maintenance service appointment was easy. The scheduler was friendly and worked with my personal schedule to set up either a wait or pick up/delivery appointment. When I arrived, the person greeting me was friendly. The service was done in a timely manner and the waiting area was comfortable. When my vehicle was done, payment was easy and the use of GMC Reward Points was a great bonus. I will definitely return to Kightlinger Motors for vehicle service and another vehicle purchase.

Everything was super easy and straightforward. I went in knowing what I wanted, and the salesman was perfect. He promptly brought the car around, let us test drive it and look it over and he did not hover or push. Which is exactly what I want in a car buying situation. We came back, sat down ready to buy. The whole process was quick and efficient. The entire staff was kind and accommodating. They were cool with us having our 5 year old with us. The paperwork went well too, there weren't any hidden fees or any shady pricing. I've dealt with that before from other dealers and was thrilled to have such an honest team here :)

I was recently traveling from Buffalo to Coudersport and had a cracked rim and my tire would not hold air. I was able to get my car serviced with the help of Kathy Easton and the parts department. Kathy was more than helpful. She coordinated with Parts and Service and the tire warranty company. She was able to fit me in the NEXT day and I had a new rim and able to enjoy my weekend. She managed to get the job done in less than 24 hours. She is efficient, friendly and has a great sense of humor. An employee to be commended and appreciated. Excellent overall experience at Knightlingers. Rory was very proffesional knowledgeable and able to pinpoint what I was looking for in a vehicle. He moved us through the process from beginning to end making the buying experience enjoyable while keeping us with in our budget helping every step of the way from beginning through the paper work with Abe to the purchase and final details and operations of the truck and how it work. He gave access to his cell phone to help expedite any issue we had to finalize paperwork and answer any questions that we had during the buying process. He even transferred some heavy items from our trade in vehicle to the new truck which was greatly apprecated as I am disabled by knee issues. Overall pleasantly pleased and suprised by the ease which Rory made our new vehicle purchase.

Scheduling my maintenance service appointment was easy. The scheduler was friendly and worked with my personal schedule to set up either a wait or pick up/delivery appointment. When I arrived, the person greeting me was friendly. The service was done in a timely manner and the waiting area was comfortable. When my vehicle was done, payment was easy and the use of GMC Reward Points was a great bonus. I will definitely return to Kightlinger Motors for vehicle service and another vehicle purchase.

Just wanted to let everyone know, Abe is an awesome salesman & straight shooter. I traveled over 2 hrs to look at a truck that Abe was working on for me & I'll tell you it was everything he said it was, all info was traded over the phone & drove up on Saturday which was Abe's day off & was tickled with what I saw. Everything was super easy and straightforward. I went in knowing what I wanted, and the salesman was perfect. He promptly brought the car around, let us test drive it and look it over and he did not hover or push. Which is exactly what I want in a car buying situation. We came back, sat down ready to buy. The whole process was quick and efficient. The entire staff was kind and accommodating. They were cool with us having our 5 year old with us. The paperwork went well too, there weren't any hidden fees or any shady pricing. I've dealt with that before from other dealers and was thrilled to have such an honest team here :)
