I was recently traveling from Buffalo to Coudersport and had a cracked rim and my tire would not hold air. I was able to get my car serviced with the help of Kathy Easton and the parts department. Kathy was more than helpful. She coordinated with Parts and Service and the tire warranty company. She was able to fit me in the NEXT day and I had a new rim and able to enjoy my weekend. She managed to get the job done in less than 24 hours. She is efficient, friendly and has a great sense of humor. An employee to be commended and appreciated. Excellent overall experience at Knightlingers. Rory was very proffesional knowledgeable and able to pinpoint what I was looking for in a vehicle. He moved us through the process from beginning to end making the buying experience enjoyable while keeping us with in our budget helping every step of the way from beginning through the paper work with Abe to the purchase and final details and operations of the truck and how it work. He gave access to his cell phone to help expedite any issue we had to finalize paperwork and answer any questions that we had during the buying process. He even transferred some heavy items from our trade in vehicle to the new truck which was greatly apprecated as I am disabled by knee issues. Overall pleasantly pleased and suprised by the ease which Rory made our new vehicle purchase.

Scheduling my maintenance service appointment was easy. The scheduler was friendly and worked with my personal schedule to set up either a wait or pick up/delivery appointment. When I arrived, the person greeting me was friendly. The service was done in a timely manner and the waiting area was comfortable. When my vehicle was done, payment was easy and the use of GMC Reward Points was a great bonus. I will definitely return to Kightlinger Motors for vehicle service and another vehicle purchase.

Just wanted to let everyone know, Abe is an awesome salesman & straight shooter. I traveled over 2 hrs to look at a truck that Abe was working on for me & I'll tell you it was everything he said it was, all info was traded over the phone & drove up on Saturday which was Abe's day off & was tickled with what I saw. The paper work was seamless & was outta there in no time. Abe, you are top notch keep p the awesome work.

Everything was super easy and straightforward. I went in knowing what I wanted, and the salesman was perfect. He promptly brought the car around, let us test drive it and look it over and he did not hover or push. Which is exactly what I want in a car buying situation. We came back, sat down ready to buy. The whole process was quick and efficient. The entire staff was kind and accommodating. They were cool with us having our 5 year old with us. The paperwork went well too, there weren't any hidden fees or any shady pricing. I've dealt with that before from other dealers and was thrilled to have such an honest team here :)

This week I was traveling from MT to CT. I started having issues with my truck and trailer braking system. The parts department and Josh the service manager were a great help getting me back on the road again. Josh had a tech work my issue in between other jobs to trouble shoot my issue. We resolved the issue and I was able to get back on the road again with trailer brakes working and I arrived home late that night but safe. Thanks to Josh, parts department, and the ladies at the service desk for all your help this week. It was appreciated.

Visiting the area from Florida in our 28' RV, for dark sky starwatching. Steep mountain inclines proved too much for the serpentine belt at a very high elevation. Took hours to acquire a big rig tow down to Kightlinger Motors.
From first point of phone contact through, estimate and repair... absolutely the kindest folks throughout. Should we need a vehicle in the future, we'd highly consider purchasing from this place,.. regardless of the drive to get here!

The showroom area and waiting area are very clean. Restrooms are clean and easily accessable. Staff in the service department are always courteous and friendly. Car was serviced quickly and we were back on the road in about 45 minutes.

The showroom area and waiting area are very clean. Restrooms are clean and easily accessable. Staff in the service department are always courteous and friendly. Car was serviced quickly and we were back on the road in about 45 minutes.

UPDATE: Recently had an issue with the servicing of my car at Kightlinger's. When I reported the problem, Kightlinger's service department took great measures to make it right. This was not my experience at another dealership I used to use. I'm very pleased with Kightlinger's service, and plan to continue doing business with them.
