I was recently traveling from Buffalo to Coudersport and had a cracked rim and my tire would not hold air. I was able to get my car serviced with the help of Kathy Easton and the parts department. Kathy was more than helpful. She coordinated with Parts and Service and the tire warranty company. She was able to fit me in the NEXT day and I had a new rim and able to enjoy my weekend. She managed to get the job done in less than 24 hours. She is efficient, friendly and has a great sense of humor. An employee to be commended and appreciated.
